This Palm and Soya free Pistachio spread is truly delicious. A personal favourite of the team here is to have it with Vanilla Granny Gothards ice cream but it can be used on cakes or is equally delicious in a pancake. Made by the Nut Kitchen in London they use Pistachios from the eastern region of Sicily in the fertile ground by Mount Etna.
