Buy 100% Grass fed Beef, Lamb and Goat. Outdoor slow grown Pork and Chicken fed with soya free feeds. Everything has been sourced from local trusted farms which meet our values seen on Our Suppliers page. Animals raised this way creates some of the most nutrient rich and flavoursome produce nature can provide.
All of our meat is frozen within 24 Hrs after butchery. This preserves the flavour exactly as the day it was cut. Through our preferred preservation method of freezing it allows us to have zero food waste. Beef is hung for 21 days, Pork is hung for 10 days, and Lamb for 5 days. All to help bring out flavour and reduce water content providing better value for money.
