Raw Unpasteurised Exmoor Runny Honey

This luxurious Exmoor honey is harvested by William Fuest. William sources his honey from bees that have been in the picturesque meadows, hedgerows, and woodlands of Exmoor. It is floral honey with bright citrusy flavours. The honey is extracted by hand and it is only filtered minimally to remove the wax. Williams Exmoor honey is always unpasteurised and totally raw and therefore retains its natural properties, if you need honey and lemon for a sore throat, this is the one. Over time the runny honey will begin to set, this is totally normal and it remains delicious to eat, however, if you wish for it to be runny again then simply gently heat it.
