100% grass fed beef Brisket is perfect for slow-cooked beef. Boned and rolled for convenience, the spiral of fat creates an even and tender finish with incredible depth of flavour once roasted for several hours.


Beef brisket is generally less forgiving to roast than topside or top rump so low and slow is a great way to cook this one. One customer was really adventurous and cooked it on the BBQ for 8 hours! It fell apart with ease and was perfect for pulled beef. It certainly showed the options if you want to be creative in your cooking.
