A 100% grass fed minute steak, sometimes called a frying steak, is a very thin cut taken from our beef topside joint. Because topside is naturally leaner and more plentiful than the sirloin/rib joint, these steaks are more affordable than sirloin or ribeye steaks, while still delivering a robust beef flavour.
Thanks to their thin nature, minute steaks cook in about one minute per side, making them ideal for fast meals without sacrificing taste. They can be served as a steak—especially if kept rare, they remain surprisingly tender—or sliced into strips for sandwiches, wraps, stir-fries, or any dish that benefits from quick-cooking beef.

We will always choose the weight from our stock closest to your choice as possible. However please allow a small ±50g tolerance for your selection.
This beef is hung for 21 days to develop flavour, butchered, then vacuum packed and frozen, perfectly preserving the best taste and quality at it's most fresh. Freezing also eliminates any food waste.
