This Loganberry jam from Melissa contains an impressive 55g of fruit per 100g of Jam. Many of the loganberries are grown on her own allotment in Taunton, Somerset, Melissa uses her fruit and fruit brought from local farms to make this Loganberry Jam. This tasty hybrid of Blackberry and Raspberry is truly a wonderful combination. Whilst it can be enjoyed on anything from a croissant or pancakes or toast a popular choice here is to have a generous dollop of jam on some rice pudding. These preserves are made in batches of 12 jars to keep the taste fresh and the colours vibrant.
