Lawyers by trade Helen and Simon were travelling around South America and fell in love with high quality chocolate. Upon returning to the UK they rented a small shop in Brighton, way back in the year 2000, and founded Montezumas Chocolate where they started making delicious chocolate by hand. They now have a few more shops and supply the country with a fantastic soya and palm free chocolate.
