A pack of sundried tomato flavour large pork sausages. The sundried tomato is left as a more subtle taste to ensure the pasture raised pork remains the dominant taste. Prime cuts, including tenderloin are used in our sausages providing some of the best flavour possible. No nitrates or nitrites are used in the preservatives of these sausages too. As they are frozen after production it means we can avoid these ingredients.

We will always choose the weight from our stock closest to your choice as possible. However please allow a small ±50g tolerance for your selection.

 

The pork is hung for 9-10 days to develop flavour, it is then butchered, packed and frozen,  perfectly preserving the best taste and quality at it's most fresh. Freezing also eliminates any food waste.

Ruxstons Next Day Delivery

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.

 

We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
