These English organically grown plums are cooked in small batches and then have a dash of brandy added to them so that when you open this jam you will get a hint of Christmas. That does not mean to say it needs to be December to enjoy this delicious organic preserve, it can be eaten on a summer morning outside on your patio because it is that good.

Hembridge Organics are a Somerset based company who make Organic Preserves. Set up by Kerry she initially ran an organic vegetable box scheme but using the wonky fruit and veg she made preserves out of them, this then overtook the veg box scheme and she now fully focusses on the organic preserves.
