If you’re after authentic Tagliatelle with a twist, this basil-infused version is a brilliant choice—especially for pairing with a rich ragu. The fragrant basil enhances deep, savoury flavours, making it a great match for a classic Ragu Bolognese sauce.

 

Why not make an afternoon of it? Grab some of our 100% grass fed beef mince and cook up a proper homemade ragu. Start by frying up some onion, garlic, carrot, and celery in a bit of olive oil until soft, then throw in the beef mince and cook until browned. Stir in some tomato purée and oregano, splash in a bit of red wine if you fancy, then add chopped tomatoes and beef stock, seasoning with salt and pepper. Let it bubble away for at least 30 minutes, then serve over the basil Tagliatelle for a proper tasty meal.

The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays.
