Our 100% Grass fed Lamb Loin Roast is one of the most prized and tender cuts, taken from the loin and rolled to create a beautifully compact and easy-to-cook roasting joint. Naturally lean and delicate, it offers the succulence of a lamb chop with the convenience of a small roast, making it perfect for a couple.
For a perfectly cooked Lamb Loin Roast, season with sea salt, black pepper, garlic, and rosemary, then roast at 200°C for 25 minutes per 500g for a medium-rare finish. A 1kg joint will take around 50 minutes, plus 10 minutes resting time before slicing. For medium-well, increase the cooking time by 5-10 minutes per 500g.
Best served slightly pink in the middle, this cut ensures maximum tenderness while delivering the incredible flavour of grass-fed lamb.
