Barley cup is an instant cereal drink made from roasted barley, rye and chicory root. Naturally free from caffeine, it is an alternative to coffee while still providing a comforting hot drink. Chicory root is particularly interesting as it contains inulin, a type of soluble fibre that feeds beneficial gut bacteria. The grains are roasted to release complex flavours and soluble compounds, which are then extracted and dried into a convenient powder. Just mix with hot water.

Ruxstons Next Day Delivery

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.

 

We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
