This organic instant coffee is made using freeze drying, a method that locks in aroma and soluble compounds by removing water under low pressure and temperature. The beans are decaffeinated before drying, reducing caffeine content while keeping most of the natural coffee compounds. Coffee oil is added in a small amount to enhance the finished granules. As with all Clipper coffees, it is Fairtrade certified, meaning it is sourced directly from producer groups under fair trading standards. Organic production avoids the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, relying on natural methods of soil and crop care.
