A jam made with the finest whortleberries, this rich and flavourful whortleberry jam is crafted by Ann and Neil at Waterhouse Fayre. Whortleberries are the Devonian name for wild blueberries that grow on the moors, known as bilberries in the Midlands. Smaller and darker than cultivated blueberries, they have a more intense, slightly tart flavour.
