Named after the legendary Beast of Exmoor—a mysterious, panther-like creature said to roam the moor—the ale’s bold character adds a deep, malty richness to this chutney.
The result is a chutney with layers of flavour, balancing sweetness, spice, and the robust notes of the ale. It pairs beautifully with strong cheeses like mature Cheddar or Stilton, where its richness complements their sharpness.
