Handmade locally in Somerset by an independent family firm, each disc is crafted with care, made with a minimum of 54% cocoa solids. Ruth and Ian set out in 2012 with a simple mission: to make chocolate bars and treats for everyone to enjoy. After selling their food and flower businesses, having a baby, and travelling to the Arctic Circle for inspiration, they decided to go all-in rather than start small. Knowing they couldn’t win customers with vague ideas of how their chocolate might look or taste, they secured a factory, renovated it, sourced tonnes of chocolate, created packaging, and began full production straight away
