Apple and Cinnamon is a great combination, whilst typically consumed in an apple pie we knew it would work fantastically well in a milk chocolate. Our milk chocolate deep dome moulds created a chocolate shelf where and apple and cinnamon thick fondant is pipped in.
These are a truly amazing chocolate to piant, they give out a lovely, almost glassy, shiny finish and are one of the most beautiful chocolate in the Ruxstons range.
