100% Grass fed Fillet Steak, on paper the most tender cut of beef and in short supply making it a very sought-after cut. The fillet steak is less popular than our Ribeye and Sirloin but this in no way detracts from the quality of this melt-in-the-mouth steak. This fillet steak gives the fullest flavour of beef you can get. Enjoy as rare as possible for the ultimate steak

We will always choose the weight from our stock closest to your choice as possible. However please allow a small ±50g tolerance for your selection.


This beef is hung for 21 days to develop flavour, butchered, then vacuum packed and frozen,  perfectly preserving the best taste and quality at it's most fresh. Freezing also eliminates any food waste.
