The heat comes from a mix of Hungarian Hot Wax chillies and Habaneros. Hungarian Hot Wax brings a warm, approachable heat—enough to feel, but not enough to overpower—while the Habaneros turn things up with their fruity intensity and proper chilli kick. Together, they create a jam that’s fiery but balanced, with just the right mix of sweetness and spice.
