This clean and refreshing green tea is a blend of leaves from China and Africa, bringing together two of the world’s most historic tea-growing regions. Green tea is less oxidised than black tea, meaning the leaves keep more of their natural catechins, a group of antioxidants often linked to health benefits. The flavour is light with gentle grassy notes and a soft golden colour in the cup. Interestingly, green tea was first steamed in China over 1000 years ago to stop the leaves from fermenting, a method still used today.
