This luxurious Exmoor raw honey is harvested by William Fuest. William sources his honey from bees that have been in the picturesque meadows, hedgerows, and woodlands of Exmoor. It is floral honey with bright citrusy flavours. The honey is extracted by hand and it is only filtered minimally to remove the wax. Williams Exmoor honey is always unpasteurised and totally raw and therefore retains its natural properties. This set raw honey, maintains a fantastic colour, paler than a lot of other set honey, and always causes people to stop in the shop when walking past it.
