Celtic Grey Sea Salt is a naturally harvested, mineral-rich sea salt with a soft, moist texture and a well-rounded flavour. Unlike refined table salt, it keeps its essential trace minerals—magnesium, calcium, and potassium—giving it a more complex taste that enhances food without overpowering it.
Hand-harvested from the coastal salt marshes of Brittany using traditional methods, this fine version sprinkles easily and dissolves quickly, making it great for cooking, baking, or seasoning at the table. It goes amazingly well sprinkled on one of our rump steaks. 

While pink salt is rock salt mined from ancient deposits, Celtic Grey Sea Salt is naturally sun-dried from seawater, preserving its moisture and a broader range of trace minerals. It also has a lower sodium content per gram due to its higher moisture level, making it a great choice for those looking for a more balanced salt. With its softer texture and more subtle flavour, it blends more easily into food, making seasoning more precise and effective.
