Celtic Grey Sea Salt is a naturally harvested, mineral-rich sea salt with a soft, moist texture and a well-rounded flavour. Unlike refined table salt, it keeps its essential trace minerals: magnesium, calcium, and potassium.
 
Hand-harvested from the coastal salt marshes of Brittany using traditional methods, this fine version sprinkles easily and dissolves quickly, making it great for cooking. It goes amazingly well sprinkled on one of our rump steaks. 

While pink salt is rock salt mined from ancient deposits, Celtic Grey Sea Salt is naturally sun-dried from seawater, preserving its moisture and a broader range of trace minerals.
