These carcasses are frozen the day they come back from the butchery, preserving the exquisite taste and quality. It also allows us to sell the finest produce all year round as the chickens are best when farmed seasonally on the richest pastures.
All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.
We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
