Chicken Thighs | Pasture Raised

Pasture raised chicken thighs are one of our most popular cuts. The dark meat from the thigh tastes rich and the bone that is left in adds to that great flavour.

The skin will easily end up crispy golden yellow when roasted and goes great with a sprinkling of paprika.
