A Sirloin steak is one of our most prime steaks and very popular too. Cut from a muscle that doesn't work hard, it ends up quite tender, but with a great flavour due to the good level of marbling throughout the meat.
 
Served with peppercorn sauce, the sirloin steak is truly a classic and probably the best way to try Ruxstons 100% grass fed beef.

We will always choose the weight from our stock closest to your choice as possible. However please allow a small ±50g tolerance for your selection.

 

This beef is hung for 21 days to develop flavour, butchered, then vacuum packed and frozen,  perfectly preserving the best taste and quality at its most fresh. Freezing also eliminates any food waste.

Ruxstons Delivery

We offer a frozen product delivery for our grass fed meats and meat boxes, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via DHL Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Tuesdays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. If any of the meat arrives partially defrosted (but still chilled) it is perfectly safe to refreeze for later consumption without sacrificing quality.

For our ambient pantry products, the delivery and packaging are priced without the cost of woolcool and ice packs. These are posted on a 24Hr service from Monday to Friday.
