Long Life Liquid Ginger

Liquid ginger gives you the bold flavour of fresh ginger in a simple, fuss free form. It’s made by blending ginger root into a smooth liquid with vinegar and water, giving you all the punch without the peeling, grating or sticky fingers.

It’s brilliant in stir-fries, curries, marinades, salad dressings or soups. However at Ruxstons we find it is just as good stirred into tea, smoothies, or hot water with lemon and honey to combat a cold. A few drops go a long way.

Ginger is well known for its nutritional properties, it’s naturally anti-inflammatory, can help support digestion, and is often used to ease nausea or colds. And with a shelf life of up to two years, it’s a handy way to keep all that goodness in your cupboard, no fridge needed.
