Our "Naked Venison Sausages" are a minimal ingredient, nutrient-dense and sustainable way to enjoy sausages, with just organic oatmeal, salt and black pepper added to the venison.
Venison is a low-fat meat, and the term "fat is flavour", is challenged with venison. The meat itself offers a dark, gamey flavour and is very unique in this respect. The deer are wild which means they are living a completely natural lifestyle and free from human input.
