Organic Kimchi

Kimchi is a traditional Korean side dish made by fermenting vegetables, typically cabbage and radish, with a punchy mix of spices, garlic, ginger and chilli. This organic version from Biona keeps things natural, using no fish sauce or preservatives, just clean ingredients with a sharp flavour.

 

While it shares the same fermentation process as sauerkraut, kimchi is spicier, more complex, and seasoned with a distinctly East Asian flavour profile. Where sauerkraut is simply cabbage and salt, kimchi layers in warmth, heat and umami.

 

Naturally rich in fibre and a source of vitamins, it’s great for gut health and brings a proper kick to rice bowls, noodles, stir-fries, or even sandwiches.

 

This version of organic kimchi is pasteurised for shelf storage, just pop it in the fridge once opened.

Ruxstons Next Day Delivery

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.

 

We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
