Biting into this delicious “cappuccino” organic chocolate bar the smooth, italian coffee taste hits you straight away, very much like the first sip of a cappuccino in the morning. The organic milk chocolate, which is 40% cacao, is very much the stronger taste compared to the white chocolate, however as you are finishing the first mouthful of chocolate, the final sweet and creamy kick of the white chocolate hits you.
Opening into the packet the majority of this bar is made up of milk chocolate with the tops of the squares being white chocolate, exactly how cappuccino chocolate should look. All of the chocolate is infused with coffee which makes up 2.4% of the bar, this is the perfect amount though as any higher and the coffee would overpower the subtle chocolate notes and any lower and the powerful milk chocolate taste would drown out the coffee.
