This Organic dark chocolate orange bar from Vivani is a moderate 70%, a good level not to overpower the orange flavour but the cacao still gives it a hit. The chocolate itself is rather crumbly when eaten, initially, the main taste is dark chocolate but after a few moments, the subtle but very smooth orange flavour comes through, and as the chocolate taste begins to leave your mouth the mildly zesty orange flavour remains. The chocolate is strong enough that this bar should last a few sittings.

Vivani Chocolate was founded by Andreas Meyer in 2000. Andreas is a baker by trade and is a qualified nutritionist, he also built up huge experience before his Vivani days working in the organic food sector. The call to set something up himself was too strong, and he found a family run chocolate factory in Herford, Germany who shared his belief in creating an organic chocolate bar. Vivani is a chocolate bar with an artistic flair, Andreas believes that art speaks many languages, and chocolate is the same. You will notice his love of art on the beautifully packaged Vivani chocolate bars which really sets them apart from other brands.
