This chickpea fusilli is an organic gluten free pasta made from ground chickpeas. It is rich in protein, fibre, and nutrients like iron and magnesium. Chickpea pasta has a nuttier flavour than traditional wheat pasta. Fusilli holds sauces well with good surface area due to the spiral shape. Interestingly, with chick peas, the leftover cooking water can be whipped up like egg whites to make vegan meringues and mousse.

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.

 

We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
