These gluten free lasagne sheets are made from organic yellow lentils and a small amount of brown rice flour to help bind it together. Like the green pea penne, these have a sweeter earthier flavour than traditional pasta. These sheets hold their shape well so are a perfect substitute for a gluten free lasagne.

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.
We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
