This raspberry jam is made with several varieties of raspberries, carefully selected to create a unique and rich flavour. Slow-cooked in small batches, it captures the deep, tangy sweetness of the fruit while keeping its vibrant character. Raspberry jam has been a beloved staple in British kitchens for generations, whether spread thickly on fresh bread or used in classic bakes like jam tarts and Victoria sponge.

Beyond the usual, this jam is a secret weapon in the kitchen. Stir a spoonful into meatball sauce for a subtle sweet-sharp depth, glaze sausages or roast duck with it for a sticky, caramelised finish, or even mix it into a whisky cocktail for a fruity twist. However you use it, this jar is packed with possibilities.
