Thai red curry is known for its balance of heat, spice, and freshness. This organic thai red curry paste blends red chillies, lemongrass, garlic, galangal and kaffir lime for a punchy, aromatic base that’s full of character without being overpowering.

Originating from central Thailand, red curry is one of the country’s most well-known dishes, typically made with coconut milk, fresh herbs, and your choice of meat or vegatables. This organic version makes it easy to whip up a proper Thai-style curry at home.

It pairs especially well with lour organic chicken or you can have it with prawns, but also works nicely with butternut squash.
