Organic Balti Curry Paste

Balti is a lively, medium-spiced curry that originally came out of Birmingham in the 1970s, inspired by Pakistani cooking and adapted to suit British kitchens. It’s typically cooked quickly over high heat and served straight from the pan, often a small steel “balti” dish that gives the curry its name.

This organic balti curry paste brings together a mix of spices like turmeric, cumin, and coriander, with a touch of tang from tomatoes and vinegar. The result is a bright, punchy base that’s full of flavour without being too heavy.

A favourate here at Ruxstons is to enjoy it with some of our diced organic chicken breast.
