Food grade citric acid, a naturally occurring weak organic acid found in citrus fruits. In food preparation it is commonly used as a preservative, flavouring, and acidulant, lowering pH levels to inhibit microbial growth. It is also widely used in cheesemaking, jam setting, and for enhancing antioxidant action in fruit preservation.

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.
We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
