Whole raw cacao beans from South America, carefully selected and left unroasted to preserve their natural nutrients. Cacao beans are the seeds of the Theobroma cacao tree, traditionally fermented and dried to enhance flavour complexity. They are one of the richest natural sources of magnesium and are also high in polyphenols, compounds studied for their antioxidant properties.

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.
We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
