Made with fresh Aji Red chillies, this Peruvian-inspired sauce from South Devon Chilli Farm brings a vibrant kick without overwhelming the palate. Aji Reds are a traditional South American variety known for their fruity, slightly sweet flavour and gentle, building heat. They sit comfortably in the medium range—enough to liven things up, but still friendly to most taste buds and won't leave anyone desperately reaching for some water!

The result is a bright, versatile sauce with a tangy depth and a touch of warmth that lingers just long enough. This peruvian chilli sauce goes beautifully with our grilled organic chicken or free range pork, adds a lift to roast veg, and makes a great dipping sauce for anything from empanadas to chips.
