This organic blueberry jam is only made with blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice, as blueberries naturally contain a higher amount of pectin than many other fruits. This means there’s no need for added thickeners. When cooked with sugar and a touch of lemon juice, this natural pectin helps the jam set while keeping the pure flavour of the fruit intact.
Despite being a jam, some of the health benefits of blueberries still come through, including their antioxidants.
