Unlike sharper fruit jams, this one has a smooth, mellow richness, making it perfect for both sweet and savoury pairings.
This jam is ideal for spreading onto warm buttery croissants or toasted brioche, where its spiced sweetness complements the flaky pastry. We particularly enjoy them jam on some porridge for an almost festive type taste. It also makes a delicious glaze for some of our pasture raised roast pork leg, adding a natural caramelised coating that enhances the savoury flavours.
