Ruxstons cherry and dark chocolate ice cream brings together sharp fruit and deep chocolate. While it’s modelled on a Black Forest-style flavour, one of our best chocolates is the dark chocolate cherry fondant, and we use the same cherry flavour here because it gives such a rich, tart edge. The chocolate comes from our own factory, so again, it’s top quality.

It goes well with a chocolate brownie or any warm chocolate cake. The contrast between hot sponge and cold cherry is hard to beat.
