Ruxstons coffee ice cream is moddled on our dark brazier coffee chocolates. It has the flavour of a strong espresso: smooth but full-bodied, with just enough cream to round it off. Coffee ice cream is very popular in our café, and so many people asked about buying it in tubs that in the end we stopped looking and made it ourselves. It goes beautifully with a poached pear; the warmth and light sweetness of the fruit sit perfectly against the strength of the coffee.

(pasteurised double cream), Egg Yolk (Pasteurised egg yolk), Coffee Paste ( sugar,water,glucose syrup, colour (caramel (E150c)), flavourings, soluble coffee (10%), modified starch), dark chocolate shavings ( 48.8% Cocoa mass, 43.0% Sugar, 5.6% Cocoa butter, 2.0% Anhydrous MILK fat, < 1.0% Emulsifier (E322 (SOYA)), < 1.0% Vanilla extract.

Ruxstons Next Day Delivery

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.

 

We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
