Ruxstons lemon meringue and white chocolate ice cream has a proper citrus hit balanced by the
creaminess of the white chocolate. The lemon keeps it sharp, the meringue adds texture, and the result is clean but rich at the same time. This ice cream is a little more airy than the others, so be sure to eat it quickly as it won’t stay solid for long.
It’s excellent with a slice of lemon drizzle cake, a double hit of lemon, but the ice cream brings the
creaminess the cake doesn’t have.
