Ruxstons raspberry ice cream tastes of proper, juicy raspberries. Think of a raspberry that’s perfectly ripe, then leave it another day so it turns a deep dark red. Crush up a lot of those and make them into ice cream, and that’s the flavour we’re talking about. The cream rounds it off just enough to keep it balanced, but the fruit definitely leads. It’s especially good with a slice of almond cake, or our raspberry Bakewell we serve in the café. The soft, nutty sweetness brings the raspberry to life and makes the whole thing feel complete.

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.

We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
