Ruxstons strawberry ice cream sits somewhere between strawberry yoghurt and traditional ice cream, not because of the texture but because of how strong the strawberry flavour is. It’s obvious straight away how good the strawberries are that go into it. It’s not a bright pink ice cream but a dull red, exactly how strawberry ice cream should look.

We like it best with a slice of chocolate cake; the fruit cuts straight through the richness of a chocolate fudge cake and makes a dessert worthy of royalty. A bit of warm chocolate sauce drizzled over the top takes it up another level.

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.

We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
