Ruxstons pistachio and white chocolate ice cream balances nut and cream. The pistachio gives it a natural, savoury depth, while the white chocolate softens it and adds smoothness without being overly sweet. You taste both, neither takes over. Pistachio ice cream is super popular in Italy, and we sell plenty of tubs in our high street shop. We use top-of-the-range pistachio cream from Scyavuru, which we also sell, and mix it into the ice cream with white chocolate shavings from our chocolate factory. It works perfectly alongside a slice of plain sponge or even just on its own, where you can really notice how the flavours build on each other.
