This one is pure fun and modelled on our best-selling milk chocolate caramel bears. The base is salted caramel ice cream, made with real, high-quality caramel, and we fold in pieces of our own Ruxstons chocolate shaped like little bears, although some people have argued they look more like cats. The mix of smooth caramel and proper chocolate gives you sweet, salt, and crunch all in one.
We don’t pair this ice cream with a particular pudding, it’s best eaten from a bowl, as there are enough different flavours already going on.
