Organic Madras Curry Paste

A bold, fragrant paste packed with real depth, Geo Organics Madras Curry Paste if you want a curry paste with bite!

Unlike a standard curry paste, Madras is known for its deeper colour and more pronounced heat. It's typically made with roasted spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric and chilli, giving it a fuller, punchier flavour than milder blends. This paste brings all of that, ready to stir straight into your base for quick, flavour packed meals.

Madras curry traces its roots to southern India, particularly the city now known as Chennai, formerly called, you guessed it, Madras!
