These organic wholemeal breadcrumbs bring a stronger flavour and a bit more bite compared to their white counterpart. Made from wholemeal bread, they have a slightly nuttier taste and a coarser texture. Unlike white breadcrumbs, which tend to be softer and finer, wholemeal breadcrumbs hold their structure better.
 
They’re used for coating chicken or fish before frying or baking. They also work well in meatballs helping to bind everything together.

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.
