Buckwheat pasta spirals are a gluten free pasta, made with buckwheat flour and rice flour. Buckwheat, although sharing part of its name with "wheat", isn't that much like actual wheat but instead is a seed, not a grain, and related to rhubarb. It works well in pasta and cooks quite alike actual wheat yet with a slightly more developed flavour.

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.
We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
